1. Introduction

Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or rapid cycling of bonus funds — may have their bonus privileges suspended and any related winnings voided at the sole discretion of bq333.

5. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bq333 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets, chip dumping, or sharing cards or game outcomes in real time.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or software without explicit written authorization from bq333.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other players, bq333 staff, or support representatives — whether via on-site chat, email, or any other communication channel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the bq333 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of bq333 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from the Platform's content is strictly prohibited and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bq333, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if bq333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. bq333's total liability to you for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
